The Pelvic Health Congress in Monaco is one of Europe’s most dynamic events dedicated to pelvic disorders and sexual health.
This year, I had the pleasure of presenting my research on the vascular origins of erectile dysfunction and the surgical techniques that can correct it.

A Meeting of Specialties
The congress brings together experts from urology, gynecology, vascular surgery, radiology, and psychology.
I’ve always believed that collaboration between specialties is key to advancing care.
When we understand how the pelvic organs, blood flow, and emotional health interact, we can treat patients more effectively.
My Presentation
During my presentation, I explained how venous leakage — the inability of the veins to retain blood during erection — is one of the most common yet underdiagnosed causes of erectile dysfunction.
Through Caverno-CT imaging and hybrid surgical repair, we can now identify and correct these leaks precisely.
The data I shared demonstrated excellent long-term results, confirming that venous surgery is a valid and effective option for selected patients.
Sharing and Learning
Events like this congress remind me of the importance of open scientific dialogue.
We all benefit from sharing our experiences and results — especially when it helps improve patients’ lives.
I also had enriching discussions with radiologists and rehabilitation specialists, whose insights complement surgical care.
For Patients and Professionals
If you’re a patient who wants to understand more about the vascular causes of erectile dysfunction, you can explore my treatments page or start with the self-assessment test.
If you are a medical professional interested in collaboration or training, visit the professionals section of my website.
Together, we can expand knowledge and improve outcomes for men affected by these conditions.
Conclusion
Participating in the Pelvic Health Congress was both scientifically rewarding and personally inspiring.
Each presentation, discussion, and shared case reaffirmed my belief that the key to treating erectile dysfunction lies in multidisciplinary cooperation — uniting science, compassion, and precision.
