3.2 What Data We Collect (replace this subsection)
You provide directly:
- Appointment requests: when you click “Book by Email”, your email program opens a draft to . The content you send us is received in Proton Mail (Switzerland).
- Self-assessment forms: your health and lifestyle answers are processed locally to display your result on the page immediately after submission. We do not transmit or store your answers on our servers or with third parties by default.
- Ebook/download forms: name and email, plus optional consent for newsletters.
Collected automatically (with consent where required):
Cookies, IP-derived region, device/browser data; analytics and ad-related signals (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) — all controlled via our Cookiebot banner.
Children’s data. This website is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.
3.3 Purposes & Legal Bases
- Appointment handling & pre-treatment communication (by email): contractual necessity / pre-contractual steps; any health data you choose to send by email is handled under medical confidentiality.
- Medical record-keeping (if care is provided): legal obligation under Swiss healthcare rules; medical confidentiality applies.
- Self-assessment results on page: your answers are processed solely to compute and display your result locally; where applicable, the legal basis is your explicit consent to process special-category data for that purpose. We do not store or transmit your answers by default.
- Newsletters & educational updates (optional): sent only if you opt in; consent (withdraw anytime).
- Security, service improvement, basic analytics: legitimate interests (balanced with your rights).
- Cookies, analytics, advertising tags: only after your choices are registered via Cookiebot; Google tags respect Consent Mode v2.
3.4 Processors & International Transfers
We use trusted service providers bound by Data Processing Agreements and appropriate transfer safeguards:
- Webflow (hosting/CDN & basic site infrastructure).
- Brevo (email/newsletter delivery; double opt-in) — not used for health/assessment data.
- Make.com (automation for non-medical workflows, e.g., ebook delivery) — not used for health/assessment data.
- Google (Analytics & Ads; Consent Mode v2).
- Meta/LinkedIn (marketing pixels, if enabled after consent).
- Cookiebot (consent management platform).
Some processing may occur outside Switzerland/EU (e.g., U.S.). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework participation, plus technical and organizational measures, to protect your data.
3.5 Retention
- Self-assessment answers: not stored by us by default; your result is computed and displayed on the page after submission.
- General contact & appointment emails: retained until you request deletion or the purpose ends.
- Medical/treatment records (if care is provided): retained as required by Swiss law (commonly up to 10 years after the last entry).
- Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Consent logs (cookies/marketing): retained per Cookiebot’s compliance requirements.
3.6 Security
HTTPS across the site; ProtonMail with strong encryption practices; restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis; devices/accounts protected by passwords and MFA where supported; vendors under GDPR/FADP contractual safeguards.
Visitors may contact us from non-Proton providers; in those cases, communication is protected in transit where supported. Messages between Proton accounts benefit from end-to-end encryption.
3.7 Your Rights
Depending on where you live (CH/EU), you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may also lodge a complaint with the FDPIC (Switzerland) or your EU data protection authority.
To exercise rights, email contact@drallaire.com from the address you used with us and describe your request.
3.8 Cookies & Consent
We use Cookiebot to manage consent and provide a live Cookie Declaration listing all cookies and trackers by category. You can adjust or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.
Google tags (Analytics/Ads) respect your choices through Consent Mode v2.
